Halloween
The story's that I read were all different. They had surprising and mysterious endings. I like how descriptive some people got in my group. I could visualize everything that was happening in the story, or feel every ounce of pain going on through the main character. Another person in my group wrote about cheating, but it was very different from the story I have written. I could not have guessed the ending. It caught me off guard. All of these stories are great Halloween stories.
I do not have much planned for Halloween, I think I may just watch scary movies with one of my best friends and have a sleepover. I also might go to a cheerleaders Halloween party for an hour or two. Today in one of my classes we are getting to have a Halloween party, so that is what I am looking forward to today.

Fool Me Once
It was a bright Saturday morning, I,
Brooke, was in the most amazing mood. Just the fact that I had my wonderful
boyfriend, Jerome right by my side and the sun was shining bright. Though, me
and Jerome had our problems we were always the most happy couple on the block.
At least, that's what we made it seem like. I'd make breakfast in the morning,
and scoot Jerome on his way to work. On the weekends Jerome had his business
meetings and he was always busy golfing with his friends or watching the games,
I tidied up the house. This Saturday morning, I had woken up and I was feeling
great, until I started throwing up. I jumped up and scrambled to the bathroom,
struggling to keep what was in my stomach down. I finally made it to the toilet
heaving up unmentionable chunks.
Jerome shouted from the bathroom,
"Honey, are you okay?"
I replied, "Yeah, I think I
just ate something bad last night," trying not to worry him.
I walked slowly back to the bed, and put a
bucket by my side. To my surprise Jerome had brought me up some crackers and a
glass of water. I looked around the room to see if he was still here, but he
had left a note that said, "Sorry that you're not feeling well, I have a
business meeting this morning and then I'm going golfing with a few
friends." I scanned over the note a few times and then gently set it down
on the night stand.
"Unbelievable,"
I thought, "He can't even stay home when..." I gagged and then heaved
the crackers I had just eaten.
Later that day, whenever I was
feeling better, I decided that I'd make Jerome lunch and bring it to his
office. I went downstairs, got out his lunch box, and made a sandwich and put
his favorite chips, two chocolate chip cookies, and a water in it. I also had
stuck a note in there. I was feeling pretty satisfied with myself, and I headed
towards the car to go to the office. I opened the door, put the lunch box in
the passenger seat, and put the key in the ignition. I was about to start
driving when I found a pink pair of lacy underwear in the back seat. I didn't
think much of it, because I just figured they had fallen out of my gym bag
whenever I took it inside. I started driving to the office and I got there ten
minutes later. I walked into the huge skyscraper building and went straight up
to the receptionist to see if Jerome was on his lunch break yet. She looked at
me confused informing me that he did not show up today, and that there was not
a business meeting today. I was a bit startled and then asked her if there were
any business meetings in the past month on the Saturdays Jerome had said he
went to. She looked at the calendar and told me there were business meetings
every Saturday except for this one. I went around the desk, curious to see if
she were lying, bumping her out of the chair, and I plopped right down where
she had been sitting. I looked at the computer, and just as she had said
before, there were business meetings but not this weekend.
I
apologized to the receptionist and went back to my car and went home. Whenever
I got home I called my boyfriend to see where he was. He didn't pick up, as
always, and I waited for him to call me back. Five minutes later he had called
me back asking me what was wrong, "Is everything okay? How are you
feeling? Do you need something?"
"I'm
feeling better, where are you? Can I bring you lunch?" I retorted back to
him.
"I'm
at a golf tournament with a few people, I already ate," He replied
quickly.
I
let him go, and decided to see what was really going on. I drove to the club
that Jerome golfed at, and I chose to have a steak out. I saw him walking with
a girl, and an older man, figuring that it was the girls father. I was hurt,
and decided to go back home and plan out what I was going to do next. When I
got home, I went straight to the bedroom, and I came up with an elaborate
plan.
After
that, I went to the grocery store to get a few things, I remember being in the
cleaning aisle and then the room started to spin, and my vision narrowed, then
I couldn't see anything. I couldn't remember what had happened after. I do
remember waking up in the hospital, with Jerome by my side. Startled he got up
out of his seat and came quickly to my side. He explained to me that I was
going to have a child, supposedly his child. I didn't say anything, I just
cried, because I knew he was hiding something from me. How was I supposed to
have a child with him whenever he was hiding something.
They
finally let me out of the hospital later that night, I went home and Jerome
still wasn't there. I got up, and I decided to find him. I put all of my
equipment, for the plan I had brought up, into my car. I went to the closest
hotel room to see if he was there. The hotel manager looked it up for me, and
he filled me in that he was there in room 607. He had gotten a suite, on the
highest floor of the building, "even better," I thought to myself. I
went back outside to get my bag full of stuff, and rushed to the floor Jerome
was on. I put on my black hoodie, just in case he passed or I saw someone I
knew on the floor. I slowly creeped through the hallway to room 607, I put my
ear to the door to hear if anyone was in there. I heard voices, "I'm
sorry, but I love you not her. I will end it." My stomach sank. I let
myself in quietly, not letting anyone know I was there. I turned off the main
lights to the suite and sneaked into the master bedroom.
"What
was that?" a female voice whispered, hearing my footsteps creak on the
floor.
"I
bet it's nothing, these things happen all of the time," the familiar voice
of Jerome reassuring her about the lights.
I laid my bag on the floor and then opened it as the ropes and knives rolled out of it. I got the ropes prepared for the room and placed the knives strategically around the room, if they wanted to try and save themselves. I turned off the light in the bedroom and quietly closed the door behind me as I left. I went to the circuit box and turned everything off, and I tapped loudly on the walls. I walked and the tapping got louder as I got closer to the door of the suite. I stopped it once I got there and locked it. I turned and went to look for Jerome.

I
heard a loud shout, "Hello, who is there?" I crept quickly to find
him.
He
was holding the girl I had saw earlier on the golf course in the bathroom. She
looked terrified. I had my black hoodie on and a ski mask on, so he wouldn't
figure out who I was yet.
I
finally let out a low growl, "You come with me," as I pointed to
Jerome.
He
let go of the girl, and gave her a reassuring look. I took him to the bedroom,
and tied him up on in a chair connected to the bed post. I put on my black
gloves and then took off my mask.
Jerome
looked stunned, "Brookie, what are you doing?"
I
replied, "I know you're cheating on me with that girl, how could you? I'm
having your baby."
He
cried desperately, "That's my fiance, you're the one I'm cheating on with,
remember? Look at your hand, you have a husband too."
He
was struggling to stay strong, but I was in disbelief. He was the only guy in
my life. My husband wasn't around. I grabbed a knife and put it up to his
throat and said, "Break up with her, or you'll never live to see your
baby."
Jerome
gave out a loud cry, and suddenly I remembered, the girl was still in the
bathroom. I made sure, he was tied up tightly and ran to the bathroom to get
the girl. I brought her back to the bedroom and tied her up in a second chair.
I turned my back for a second and they were holding hands and staring into each
others eyes. Rage burned in my eyes, and I tied them back to back. "I give
you one option, break up with her, or you will not live to see another
day," I growled once again. He looked at the girl and shook his head at
me, tears rolled down her face. I said okay, and I turned the girls chair
towards him. I took the knife and put it under his neck, and gave him one last
chance to do it. He didn't mutter a word, and I shoved the knife into his neck
slaying him right in front of the girls eyes.
"NOOOOO!"
She screamed more tears streaming out of her. She tried to put on a fight and
wiggled in her chair until she finally gave up. I finally came up to her,
sadness and defeat in her eyes, and slayed her the same way I had Jerome. I
left the girl with the knife in her hand laying on the ground with a note in
her hand. It was a suicide note, saying that she couldn't live without Jerome
admitting she had killed both him and herself. I went back downstairs, carrying
my bag over my shoulder.
I went to the manager of the hotel
and told him that I had tried to stop the girl, but I wasn't able to. I
informed him on how I was paid to bring these supplies to the room, but I
didn't know that she'd be capable to do that. He believed me through all of
this and called the police telling them the story I had told the manager.
They
showed up immediately and went to the room to investigate the crime scene, they
brought detectives in, and decided that the story had lined up. They asked me a
few witness questions and then let me go. As I was on my way out of the hotel,
I got a phone call from Ramone.
I
answered it, "Hello?"
"Hey
sweetheart, I haven't heard from you in a couple days, just making
sure you're okay since you took that horrible spill the
other day. I was wondering if you were enjoying your annual weekend with
your girlfriends that you insisted you go to?" The man retorted.
I
was confused momentarily, then I remembered Jerome saying something about me
having a husband.
"Hi
darling, I'm having a great time, I'm about to head out." I smirked as I
walked out of the hotel room.
"Okay,
I'll see you soon," He sounded desperate to see me.
"I
actually have a surprise for you whenever I get home," I told him, wanting
to tell him about the baby I was having.
We
had a small conversation before I headed out, I went back to Jerome's house,
packed my stuff, and then drove back home.
None of the
evidence was ever traced back to me, but whenever my baby was born, he would
always get up in the middle of the night, and stand in the bed frame of my room
and stare at me. Every single night at 3:16 in the morning until he was
eighteen years old. Whenever he was eighteen years of age, I had told him what
I did. He now understood, and told me about the man and woman he had seen since
he was three years old. We moved out of our house and went to live in Europe
for some time. Whenever my son had turned 21, he had killed me in the same way
that I had killed Jerome and his fiancé. If you ever see an unknown shadow
lingering in your bedroom or a strange noise creaking through your room, don't
worry, it's just Brooke, I know you've been cheating on your significant
other. I'm about to slaughter you in the same white dress I have been
wearing since I died.

Halloween Spirits
My favorite Halloween was the time I decided to go trick or treating with my best friend Kati. She wanted me to go with her boy friend and his best friend, in which I found attractive. So in this case it was a win win situation. We got dressed up and found some pillow cases to put all of our candy in. We met up with the boys and started walking to go trick or treating. We decided that it wasn't much fun, since we were older so we decided to walk around and talk for awhile. Maybe even go for an adventure or two.
My friend Kati was a "homey hopper." She had dated her boyfriends best friend Josh. The one I liked, and so she was trying to get him away from her and be with her boyfriend for awhile. I was the distraction. All four of us walked for awhile until we ended up in a cul-de-sac and we sat there talking for a long while. We decided to get up and go for another walk. The boys had a short cut to get home. They decided to walk along side the high way, and right by the highway were big ditches, that were for draining water while it rained. Unfortunately, I didn't realize these were there and with no street lights it was pitch dark. I took a step forward and fell into the ditch scraping my leg against the concrete walls. It was a painful spill, but I couldn't see it any scrapes or blood for that matter, so we walked on. I was walking right next to Kati when she had knocked my hand, that had my cell phone in it. My cell phone flew out of my hand into the street. I initially had the reaction to grab it, but Kati and Josh pulled me back from getting hit by a car while I watched my phone almost get crushed by it also. Thankfully, my phone didn't get crushed and neither did I. I grabbed my phone after that, and we finally made it back onto the neighborhood streets. We walked back to where we met the boys and I shined my leg under the light, to my surprise there was a big scrape and blood was running down my leg from it. We didn't know what to do, so we just left it. Kati and her boyfriend were no where to be seen, me and Josh decided to find out where they had gone. We went towards a trail that led to a bunch of trees and a walk way, that no one was on. We found them laying down on the ground watching the stars together and talking. Josh tried to disturb them, but I told him I wanted to go back and just sit and chat for awhile. This is what we did until it was time to go. He also had given me his jacket, because it was really chilly outside. All in all, it was a memorable and most fun Halloween I've had. I have the scar to prove it.
I was putting on my Halloween costume when I heard something moving in my closet. I immediately shut the door to my closet and finished putting my costume on. I left my room and got a broom, just in case it was a mouse. I called for my dog Pepper and he was no where to be found. I took a deep breath and I opened the door to my room. I then prepared for what was going to come popping out at me from my closet. I held out my broom stick, and then suddenly something came running out from under my bed. I jumped around trying to figure out what it was when it came hurdling at my face and started licking me. I finally found Pepper, he was hiding under my bed this whole time. I took my dog outside, so I could figure out what was hiding in my closet. I called for my older brother real quick to see if he was home, so I wouldn't have to do this on my own. He ended up not being home and I continued to get prepared to open the closet door. When my door suddenly darted open on its own. I checked the hallway to see if anybody was there, and my brother popped out at me. He had a good ten minute laugh for scaring me. I got mad at him and he left loudly stomping to his room. After I heard his door close I continued to do what I was doing before. Figuring out what was in my closet. I grabbed my broom stick yet again, and had my hand on the handle of the door. I turned the knob and jumped, when my cell phone started vibrating on top of my dresser. I looked to see who was calling, and of course it was my father, checking up to see what I was doing. I had a small conversation with my dad, and then hung up the phone. What was going to interrupt me next? I wondered. I got ready to open up my closet for the last time, without the broom, and a bunch of balloons and confetti popped out and once that cleared out, there stood a bear, roses, candy, and a sign that said congratulations. My parents and my brother came into my room and congratulated me for getting accepted to the college that I wanted to get into.
Later that night, I heard rattling, but it was different this time. I got up, and got my broom, and a sudden bright light filled my room...
Every holiday comes and goes,
I look forward to my favorite of all,
Pumpkins and candy will fill up my pillow case
I walk in the night, spooky as can be.
I see a scary witch.
She's carrying a broom.
I see orange lantern's lit up at every house.
Black cat's and scary bats decorate the streets.
The night is full of spirits and cold wind fills the air.

Now He Wishes He Got A Prenup

He spotted me from across the room.
I was flattered. I gave him my number.
We went out for dinner, two three, four times.
We made it official.
Later, he told me he loved me.
We got married. I had a child.
My child grew up. He was 18.
It wasn't my husbands child.
We divorced. I took all of his money.
Now he wishes he had gotten a Pre-nup.

We clawed, we chained, our hearts in vain
I cut my teeth on wedding rings in the movies.
I could lift you up

I could show you love
A love no one could deny.
But every song's like:
Hold your ground.
Well that's fine by me
I know that we'll be safe and sound.

My Type of Music
I have a few favorite songs, but I don't have a specific favorite. It just depends how old I am and what I'm going through during the time. One of the songs that I have never seemed to forget is Beverly Hills by Weezer. It is one of my favorite because as a child my brother and I would sing it and we memorized the whole thing including the guitar solo. Another song would be My Humps, my brother, cousin and I would go all out whenever this song would come on. Its another song that reminds me of my childhood and growing up with my brother and cousin.
I gravitate towards a lot of music because of the way I'm feeling that day, or week. I will gravitate to some music because I get tired of listening to "catchy" sounding music and listen to stuff that I think is actual music. Songs that actually have meaning and a great singer that has a passion for singing instead of some pop singers just being in it for the fame. I dislike hardcore metal just because I didn't grow up with it and I'm not used to it, but I also think it just sounds like a bunch of metal rattling together.
My friends don't really have the same style of music as I do. I like to listen to Indie pop a lot of the time, or softer sounding music and they like pop. They don't tolerate a lot of the music that I like, but I tolerate what they listen to. I used to not like country and now I do because many friends listen to it.
Without music, the world would be pretty depressing. I'm sure music has saved people from suicide and going into a deep depression. If it weren't there would those people that were saved by music still be here? The world would probably be chaotic, but celebrities wouldn't be famous for pretending that they know how to sing with auto tune.
Music can shut out the world for me whenever I need it to. It can calm me down whenever I am angry at someone or something that happened or just when I'm upset. Whenever my friends or family try to calm me down, it's not a good deal. It just makes me even more angry sometimes. It can also motivate me to go work out, or finish homework. Not many things motivate me to do those two things so it's very helpful.

Six words, One Message
Window Poem
Healthy green grass and a cul-de-sac open for anyone.
A pair of trees, growing bigger as the seasons change.
A large tree with green leaves and a smaller one that's perfect for climbing.
The leaves had fallen and they have changed from green to orange.
Outside seems darker, with clouds covering the sun.
Sometimes I see a couple of people riding their bicycles in the cul-de-sac,
I always smile and give a friendly wave.
I am waiting for lunch to be ready so I can go back outside and play in the warmth.
In the distance I see a few farm animals and a house that's occupied.
I can never see the people who live there, though I know someone does.
I see long yellow-greenish grass.
There is a beautiful tree that has ripe pears growing from it.
Something is different today.
All of the animals are no where to be seen.
Sometimes, when it's about to storm, they go to the barn and hide out for safety.
I had just woken up and this is my view of the day,
but the sky was dark, the sun covered by clouds.
In the distance I see a neighborhood with a cul-de-sac.
Sometimes I see people riding their bikes and a little girl always playing outside.

Poems For Paintings
Read between the lines
Hate is everywhere
We are United by a flag
We are one country
Yet we are all different, shapes, sizes, genders, and color
We are struggling to be heard
We all unite to draw attention
Chaos is still everywhere
Will it ever end?
We step into a room together and silence is brought upon us.
Noses are lifted,
Whispers are across the room.
The whispers turn into yelling and screaming.
We start to fight and we fight back.
Violence is brought out, guns, knifes, and fist.
People get injured, and people die.
The next generation unites, watching their families dispute and die for their freedom.
None of them even noticing that they are still in the room.
No one will stop until something has changed.

Mr. Lindens Library
Claire has always been fascinated with books. Different types of books, action, science fiction, romance, horror...etc. Her ideal reading place was in her room with the door shut, so she could have complete silence to fully get into a book. She liked to try and obtain the character, become the character in the stories herself. She finished her books in one day, so every day she would walk to the library that was four blocks away. It was a magical place with thousands and thousands of different stories. Every time she went into the library she'd wave at Mrs. Delinda, sometimes she'd even have a casual conversation with her. She was more than comfortable with Mrs. Delinda, she was one of Claire's best friends, since she didn't have many. One day Claire was walking to the library and she saw a small book store 2 block away from the library and she decided to go inside. She opened the door to the store as the bell chimed, an older tall, skinny man with a white beard that hung down to his belly button came up to the front counter.
"Is there anything I can help you with ma'm," the old man coughed.
"Oh, no thank you, I'm just looking," Claire replied amazed at how many books there were in this store. From old paper backs to new hard copies. There was just something so mysterious and magical about this store that made Claire curious.Claire spent a few hours in there just searching through the shelves to find the perfect book to read. There were good stories and books she could have grabbed but nothing had satisfied her taste. She asked the store keeper if he had any suggestions, and he told her to follow him. He lead her to a huge book that looked over a century old. It was magnificent, classic, and it was the only one of its kind. He blew the dust off, and with his hand brushed the rest off. He picked it up and handed it to Claire, "I warn you now, this book has a mind of its own, if you have any problems come to me."
That was the most ridiculous thing that she had heard, an object having a mind of its own. How absurd.Claire left the book store in hope of reading my book and returning it the next day. She opened the book, wanting to read the book on my walk home and the book was blank. She flipped through the pages, and there were no words at all. Claire almost turned around to go return the book, but that's when something quite ludicris happened. Words started appearing faintly as she got closer and closer to home. She rushed to the door, flung it open, got inside, slammed the door, and ran upstairs to her room. She shut the door to her room, flopped onto her bed and began to digest the book. Weirdly enough she opened the book and her reflection was look right back at her. The reflection told her to follow along through the pages. Claires reflection was going through a forrest, and she eventually came to a stop in the middle of the forrest with only a sliver of light coming through the trees above. It's like reflection Claire was trying to tell her something, but she couldn't figure it out, so she just kept flipping. She started seeing new people, and different stories but they always ended with the forrest scene. Finally, Claire had gotten to a page full of text, she began reading, the text read, "In The Kingdom of Image..." Claire suddenly was sucked into the book, and she finally realized why the man in the book store had warned her about the book, not realizing the many warnings. She looked for hours for an escape route, but there were none to be found, Claire was forever inside this book of magic and mystery.
The next day, the man that had given Claire the book, Mr. Linden, was wondering if she had gotten the warning and not started the book yet. He waited all day for her to return it, but she was no where to be seen. He went to the shelf that the book had been on, and it was right where it was before he gave it to the young girl. He had warned her about the book. Now it was too late.
Road Trip--Edward Hopper--Gas
During the summer my family and I decided to go on a road trip, we took a couple weeks to plan where we were going and the stops we were going to make and when we were going to come back home. We decided to go west and visit different places along the way. We'd go through Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and Stop in California. We took my mother's SUV, which has room for eight people, but only four were along for the ride. My family and I started the trip at the beginning of June, our first stop was at Baxter Springs, Kansas. We saw the old Route 66, and we were going to eat at the Cafe on the Route, but we saw this old gas station with a cafe inside. We were all curious to go inside, and eat. We were also very hungry. Once we got inside, and older looking man greeted us, he seemed shocked that there were actually people in his cafe, besides the regulars. He seated us, and asked us what had made them stop by. We replied that the Cafe on the Route was too mainstream and this diner looked more authentic. He seemed amused by our answer, and asked what we wanted to drink and brought them to us right away and then took our orders. It took a while for us to get our food, but it was well worth the wait. The burger I had was the most delicious thing I had tasted in my life, and my mother was a great cook. We ate our food, and saviored every last bit of it, we stayed there after we ate our food and just chatted. A couple hours had past by, so we decided to get going. We said goodbye to the man, and he had told us we should get gas before we took off. He pumped the gas, and then let us on our way. It was a great start to our road trip, as we had many more amazing stops ahead of us.

Flower in Full Bloom
Dew dripping off slowly
Two patches of color gone
Bright red glistening
First bloom is always pretty
Sun and warmth gather around
As a child I'd always like to run around outside and play. My brother and I would always find different things in nature. Dandelions, honeysuckles...etc. One day, we decided to go on a walk and we went further than we usually do, we ended up going into a small trail. This small trail had these big bright red flowers, in full bloom surrounding the place with color. It was like everything was warm, happy, and bright. My brother and I spent all day in there, prentending like we were different characters. The day finally ended, but my brother and I didn't want to leave, we decided to pick a few flowers from this magical place. We went home happy and excited, we ended up putting the flowers in a vase and giving them to our mother. The next day we went to go show our mother the place, but once we got there all the flowers had died. No red flower was blooming, they all looked like they were gloomy. We didn't know what had happened, and were full of sadness and dissapointment on our way home. Though, once we left something red had popped up in my perifial vision. I imagined that the whole garden had rebloomed right after we left. It may or may not have happened, but I'm glad that my brother and I spent that whole day experiencing the beauty before it had left us.
Accidents Happen--Pillow
Restless nights ahead
Guilt streams through the mind and soul
Free the dark conscience.
I tend to wake up every night around the same time, since the accident. I wake up from the same dream, a recollection of what happened that night. If I just hadn't of let her get into the car, if I hadn't pressured her into going, everything would be okay. These thoughts came into my head over and over, non-stop through out the day. Everyone at school walked by me as if they felt sorry, the weary stares all down the hallway, while I walked to class. It was agonizing, but this was my life now.
A Friday night, my friend and I went to go hangout with a few people. It ended up being a more hard core kind of party. My best friend and I were hungry, so we wanted Taco Bell. I didn't have a car at the time, so I begged her to take us. All of these people were around when this was going on, but didn't stop us. She had told me no numerous times because she didn't think it was safe for her to drive in the condition she was in. I told her she seemed fine, and I pleaded for us to go. She finally told me that she could go. We got into her car, and she started up the engine to go. The drive was smoothe on the way there, we had gotten our food and we were on our way back. There was a two way stop on the way back, and we had stopped at the stop sign, but my best friend must not have seen or been able to comprehend that there was a car speeding through and they T-boned us pretty severely. It made the car spin and eventually we hit a pole. All I remember was waking up in a helicopter, a bright light was above me and then I must have fallen back into unconsciousness.
When I woke back up, my mother was sitting right by my side and I asked her what had happened. She had told me that a man t-boned us and that we had hit a pole and the pole had came down on the car, just missing me, but hitting my best friend. She had to me that my friend died at the site of the accident and didn't even make it to the hospital. That night it was rough, I tried to go back to sleep but I couldn't. I just kept thinking it was my fault and that I shouldn't have made her drive.
Whenever I got back to school, everyone came up to me to check on me and to give me their condolences. The first day was the hardest and I couldn't stay for the full day. As I came back it got easier and easier.
I don't think that the guilt from that night will go away soon, but it does take time.
Time Traveling to The Future
I think that the projects that students got to do were interesting, like making cartoons and putting them into action, or even the video about happiness.
In a year, I would like to be in college, cheering or even in a sorority. I'd like to have a job that is better than the one I have now in a year. I'd probably had just met my roomate if I live in the dorms, or I had just moved in with my best friends. In five years I would like to be out of college already off to start my own career. I'd like to start coaching cheerleading, and eventually start my own cheer gym, or have a partner in starting a cheer gym. I don't know what career I would be in in five years, but I'd hope to be successful. In ten years, I would like to see myself with a family, a good cheer gym, my best friend still in my life, and a successful career to support my family. In fifty years, I hope to have traveled around the world with my husband and raised my children.
